We now provide atypical LED modules both in shape as well as in light-technical parameters, available for small and even medium series production. Our production line uses CNC machines by the German company Autotronik. The line consists of a stencil printer, which applies solder paste to (PCB) Printed Circuit Boards. It then mounts electronic components onto these boards using a mounting machine, which can reach a speed of 5.500 components per hour. Next, assembled modules are placed in an oven where the paste is reflowed into a reliable solder joint. Finally, the lighting fixture is ready to be switched on.
