HORMEN CE PRODUCTION
At the beginning of the year 2009 we started own manufacture of luminaries under the brand HORMEN. It is the next logical move in the ongoing progressive development of our company. The production plant is situated in premises of a former Baterie in the town Slaný. The part of our manufacture is a recently-established department of luminaries design and construction.
The range of our products is structured with the gaoal to completely offer and design lighting on various types of buildings and premises. First of all we are focused on the luminaries production into business and offices premises, shopping and entertain centres, into various administrative buildings, hotels and into other smart interiors.
From own production we are expecting that we will be able to meet the customer´s needs absolutely made-to-measure. Our primary target is to quickly and flexibly satisfy also very specific customers requirements.
Manufacturing program is divided into four main parts:
- Luminaries from aluminium profiles with high variability of sets and usage - mainly in surface finishing anodized aluminium
- Luminaries into 3-phase bars
- Wide range of designate suspension ceiling accent luminaries for gas filled, halogen and compact lamps
- Suspension and wall luminaries combining accent and general lighting
The luminaries HORMEN are featured by outstanding quality, smart design and affordably prices.
The processing and machining of luminaries parts is carried out with high accuracy on the peak-CNC machine-tool. The quality of all produced parts and luminaries is overseen for all run time of these machines as well after their finishing process.
Our company still places emphasis on quality of processing and of course also on high effectivity of luminaries. This effectivity is achieved by combination of luminary construction and its optical system by the choice of electronic parts of luminaries and its lamps.
Next development of production plans is focused on usage of LED technolgies in emergency and general lighting as well as on rising of user comfort of lighting systems.
